What are your charges for art work?

• STANDARD IMPRINT COLORS:  Red (185), Black, Kelly Green (354), Reflex Blue, Brown, Purple (274), Maroon (208), Dark Green (342)
• PMS INK MATCH:  $50.00g
• SCREEN CHARGE: $36.00g (for item lines 8254, 7774 and 6817) all other items $50.00g unless otherwise stated
• LESS THAN MINIMUM:  $40.00g
• ART CHARGE:  $25.00 per hour billed for art not camera ready.  Straight line copy, no charge if our standard type is used
• CURVE COPY: $20.00g
• BLEED: $40.00g
• CUSTOM PRODUCT COLORS:  Minimum order-25,000 pieces
• PROOFS: $18.00g for FAX or e-mail proof

What is the turn-around time on imprinted products?

• DELIVERY: Normal order processing is 14-21 days.  RUSH SERVICE AVAILABLE call factory for charge
• F.O.B.: All prices are shown F.O.B. Factory
• PACKAGING: Bulk
• OVERRUNS/UNDERRUNS: Every effort will be made to ensure shipment of exact quantities.  Global Healthcare Marketing Inc. reserves the right to ship 5% over or 5% under exact quantity

How will my products be shipped?

• SHIPMENTS:  Will be made via the most economical method, generally UPS Ground.  Please provide shipping labels.
• DROP SHIPMENTS:  $5.00 for each additional destination

Do you accept credit cards?

• Yes, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Purchase Orders
• TERMS:  Net 30 for approved credit.  Past due accounts will be assessed 1-½% per month.  ALL NEW ACCOUNTS- Pre-pay on FIRST order. Please submit credit information for future orders.

TRADEMARKS:  We assume no responsibility for determining who holds the title to a trademark.  All liabilities of this nature rest with the customer.
